The EDSS is a “one of a kind charity serving a one of a kind audience”. By assisting us in creating awareness about the unique abilities and potential that lies within each and every person born with Down syndrome, our world becomes empowered through knowledge, compassion and inspiration!
Through the support of many friends of the EDSS, we have celebrated many successes but we still have a long way to go. By supporting our Centre of Excellence, you will be one of our champions who shares our vision of a community that values all persons with Down syndrome and inspires them to celebrate their uniqueness and ability to achieve their full potential.

The Edmonton Down Syndrome Society is partnered with Donate a Car Canada to accept your vehicle donation! You will be provided free towing, or you can drop off your vehicle to maximize your donation. When you donate your car, truck, RV, boat, or motorcycle to EDSS through Donate A Car Canada, it will either be recycled or re-sold (depending on its condition, age and location). Donate a Car Canada will look after all the details to make it easy for the Edmonton Down Syndrome Society to benefit. You will receive a tax receipt after your vehicle donation has been processed!
A tax receipt is issued for a $20 donation or more.
